1. What We Do

- One-time “sprint” projects or ongoing monthly partnerships
2. Pricing & Payments
- We offer both subscription plans (monthly) and one-time projects.
- Payments are made in advance via bank transfer, UPI, or secure online gateways.
- Subscriptions start immediately after payment and remain active until the end of the paid period.
- You can pause or cancel your plan any time before the renewal date.
3. How We Work
- For subscriptions: one active project request at a time, others go in a queue.
- For sprints: fixed scope and price agreed before starting.
- Project updates are shared regularly via email, WhatsApp, or your preferred channel.
- Timely feedback is essential to keep projects moving fast.
4. Refunds
Refunds are only possible if no work has started for the current paid cycle. Once our team begins work, that cycle’s fee is non-refundable.
5. Ownership of Work
Once payment is complete, all final approved designs, code, and files made for your project are yours. We keep the right to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you sign an NDA. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and third-party assets remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Partner Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, assets, and requirements for the project.
- Not use our work for illegal or harmful purposes.
- Respect intellectual property rights of others.
7. Communication & Feedback
Feedback must be shared through the agreed channel so it’s tracked properly. We’re happy to make reasonable revisions, but big delays or major changes may affect timelines.
8. Service Interruptions
Sometimes unexpected downtime or delays happen. We’ll always inform you and resume services ASAP.
9. Liability
We’re not responsible for indirect or consequential losses (like lost sales or data) or issues caused by third-party services.
10. Termination
Either party can end the agreement with notice. If you cancel mid-cycle, the cycle runs till its end (no partial refunds). All dues must be cleared before handover of final files.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
